How to purchase customized items/ items not available on catalog
If you would like to purchase an item of similar design but a different color, fill out a commission’s form.
If you have a crochet item that is not a part of the current catalog and would like one created to fit you! Fill out a commissions form and I’ll see what I can do!
Disclaimer: A commissions form is not automatic acceptance of an order. Once design and color are confirmed you will be given a quote. Once the quote is accepted your order will be processed!
It is recommended you always give your measurements for fitted crochet items. The size chart is averaged for men and women, which may result in a crochet piece not fitting as expected.
AFTERCARE
To wash crochet products, gently handwash and leave out to dry flat
REFUND POLICY
Due to patterns being a digital item no refund will be granted.
For crochet items: Once an item has shipped and a tracking number has been generated, a refund will not be granted. For custom made crochet items all sales are final.
30 day Return Policy: If the wrong measurement was received and the item did not fit properly, a refund will not be applicable. You can return an item if it did not fit correctly in exchange for the proper size as long as the original piece is not damaged.
